Homeopathy is a system that seeks to cure in accordance with natural laws of healing and uses medicines made from natural substances: animal, vegetable, and mineral. These remedies are prepared in such ways that they are nontoxic and do not cause side effects. It is said a child can swallow a whole bottle and suffer no ill effects. And the remedies are available at a fraction of the cost for most prescription drugs. Homeopathic remedies are typically presented in the form of very small pills, no bigger than poppy seeds in many cases. Each pill may only contain several molecules of the medicine it is carrying. Interestingly, the more the underlying constituent is diluted, the more powerful the remedy. Homeopathic kits typically contain 50-75 small, labeled vials in a small box. The kits are small enough to carry in a (large) purse and are ideal for traveling since virtually any ailment can be addressed. Click here to order a homeopathic kit (link to follow!). The areas that homeopathic remedies can help include: Accidents & Emergency Cases, the prevention and treatment colds, coughs and earaches, stomach and bowel problems, women’s health, pets health, men’s health, headaches and allergies. The most effective way to use homeopathic remedies is to observe the symptoms closely and apply the most closely related remedies. In that I suggest you always keep a good homeopathic book available at home for emergency use. The top two to the right are two that I rely on extensively.
