Men's Health

Like women and children, a man’s health is closely connected with his daily activities and diet as well.

Multi-vitamin

Men shouldn’t be without a good mineral supplement that contains at least 150 mg calcium, 75 mg magnesium, 10 mg iron, 10 mg zinc, 2.5 mg manganese, 50 mcg chromium, 25 mcg selenium.

Good fat for a healthy heart:

Know which fats are good for you. Essential fats reduce the risk of cancer, heart disease, allergies, arthritis, eczema, depression, fatigue, and infections, as well as other symptoms. A form of good fat provides two essential fats: Omega 6 (Linoleic acid family), Omega 3 (alpha-linolenic acid family). The ideal balance is twice as much Omega 6 as Omega 3.

Although borage oil or evening prime rose oil may be the best source of Omega 6 and fish oil, the best source of Omega 3, the ideal source of essential fats should have high levels of both.
